Born from burnout, built on balance.
Everdell is a small studio dedicated to modern textile craft.
Rooted in Scandinavian simplicity and shaped by an American love of making, each piece is created with care — exploring texture, color, and the quiet beauty of design. What began as a personal practice in quilting has grown into a space for slow, intentional craftsmanship. Where every stitch tells a story of patience, precision, and curiosity.
Whether minimal or expressive, each work carries the same purpose: to bring a sense of calm, connection, and modern artistry into everyday life.
Behind Everdell
I’m Christine Everdell, a designer and maker originally from the U.S., now based in Norway. My journey with textiles began unexpectedly — through a college fibers course that introduced me to embroidery and the quiet rhythm of handwork. Years later, that simple act of making became a meaningful way to reconnect with creativity and balance. Quilting followed naturally, opening up a new world of composition, structure, and texture.
Everdell grew from that process — a modern studio shaped by design thinking, mindful making, and a deep appreciation for craft as both art and restoration.
